Private events with us run anywhere from one to four hours, and every booking includes our full sound equipment, so there's nothing extra for you to coordinate. Pricing depends on your event's length and how many musicians you choose.

You inquire with a few details about your event, and we send over our full services guide with information on how live music can fit into your program. From there, we recommend a quick call, so we can understand your event and recommend the right musician or ensemble.

Once your date is confirmed, we coordinate directly with you or your event planner on timing, any specific music requests, and logistics like space, setup, and design, so nothing is left to figure out the day of.

Based on the tone your event calls for, sophisticated and understated, or high-energy and interactive, we’ll guide you to the right fit.
Our roster includes a wide-variety of solo musicians, duos, trios, all the way up to a full string quartet. That way, we can tailor the ambiance of your event to your vision, whether you’d like a livelier atmosphere or a more formal, elevated occasion. Yes. We build a song list ahead of time based on your event and audience, and we're glad to take live requests as well when it fits the moment.
Can you help with a surprise proposal or engagement party?

Do you travel for grand openings or events outside your usual area?
Yes. We've performed for grand openings and community events across the region and beyond, and we're happy to talk through logistics for your specific location.
How far in advance should we book?
As soon as you have a date. Popular seasons like the holidays book up quickly, and earlier booking gives us more room to prepare the right musician and song list for your event.
Can we get a real idea of cost first?
Investments typically range from $750 to $4,950 depending on your event length and how many musicians you choose. We'll walk you through exact pricing once we know more about your event.
