about aloha musicians |
they're the ones built through atmosphere, connection, and shared experience.
Aloha is more than the name we chose. Our founder grew up in Hawaii, where the Aloha Spirit is a way of life rooted in kindness, respect, and connection between people. That spirit shapes how we believe music should be experienced: together. We show up for your people like they're our own, stay present in every moment of the day, and use music to make your celebration feel that much more meaningful.
"She made our wedding feel so romantic and personal, perfectly capturing our music taste."
— Cindy, Orlando
Our team handles the music planning, the logistical coordination, and the details behind the scenes, so our musicians can focus on curating the atmosphere in front of your guests.
Before Aloha Musicians grew into a full collective, Erica spent years working alongside wedding planners and venues across the area, and she kept hearing the same thing. The musicians were talented.
The talent was never the problem. What planners actually struggled with was the organization behind it, the reliability, the communication, the small logistics that either make the day feel seamless or make a planner's job harder.
As someone who's detail-oriented by nature and genuinely enjoys solving these kinds of problems, Erica started paying attention to what actually goes wrong on wedding and event days, and how to prevent it before it happens.
From there, she built processes for how to work in real collaboration with the planner, the venue, the florist, and every other vendor in the room, so the day comes together as one cohesive experience instead of a collection of separate vendors doing their own thing.

Professionalism matters as much as talent
The best weddings are personal
You should feel supported at every step
Strong partnerships make better experiences
Erica Jankowski, often known as Aloha Erica, played her first wedding in college because a friend asked. She's played hundreds since, and built a team where exceptional musicianship meets genuine hospitality.
The story behind Aloha Musicians started long before the business itself. Erica began performing at friends’ weddings in college, and what started as a favor soon turned into more than twenty weddings, all through word of mouth and before there was ever a business behind it. Each time, the same pattern emerged.
Guests would find Erica afterward, not just to say the music was beautiful, but to ask how to book her for their own wedding, and she didn't have a card to hand them. That gap, more than any launch plan, is what pushed her to make it official.
In December 2020, Aloha Musicians (then Aloha Erica Music) became a real business instead of a string of favors for friends, and has grown since into a curated collective of professional musicians serving people across Orlando, Tampa, and throughout Florida.

about
Behind every musician you see on the day, there's also a team working before it, coordinating logistics, communicating with your planner and venue, and making sure every detail is handled long before the first song plays.
We guide, not just perform. We ask the right questions early and handle every detail so nothing falls on you, and the process feels calm from day one.
We take care of the details ahead of time, so on the day of your celebration, our musicians simply show up and perform, and everything feels effortless for your guests.
Named Orlando Magazine's #1 Best Live Entertainment three years running and making the Loverly List for 2026, we've performed across 18 states and 8 countries, for weddings, private events, and corporate celebrations.
